Key Responsibilities

•Create daily digital content for multiplatform distribution across website, app, social media, FAST, OTT, and linear.
•Publish and follow breaking news with the news desk and producers, including sending push alerts.
•Monitor video sources to identify content for audiences and support reporters and talent with original digital content.
•Select, assign, write, and organize news stories; write scripts, headlines, teases, and topicals.
•Coordinate streaming of live events and newscasts, and produce/assist with assignments desk and news producer duties as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in journalism or media communication.
•Minimum 2 years producer experience.
•Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in Spanish, and speak, read and understand English.
•1 year experience with writing, editing, and/or producing daily video products.
•Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States and be willing to work full-time from Telemundo Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.
