Job Summary

Own end-to-end Free Cash Flow (FCF) planning across Delivery Hero’s global portfolio, partnering with regional and group finance teams to improve forecasting quality. You’ll serve as the primary SME for working capital–focused FCF modelling, challenge consolidated submissions, analyze variances vs. budget, and drive FCF planning implementation in Anaplan aligned to group standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end FCF planning across the global portfolio.
•Serve as the primary FCF subject matter expert for regional finance teams, harmonising and upskilling working capital planning capabilities.
•Review consolidated regional submissions and challenge assumptions to ensure accurate, robust group-level cash flow modelling.
•Analyze variances between Actuals and Budget/BE, focusing on working capital drivers such as timing mismatches, structural changes, and submission errors.
•Implement FCF planning within Anaplan, aligning with group standards and providing guidance during deployment lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Expert-level understanding of how P&L, balance sheet, and cash-relevant items link to build top-down and bottom-up Free Cash Flow projections.
•Deep technical knowledge of Working Capital and the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), including DIO, DSO, and DPO, and how driver-based forecasts map to working capital accounts.
•Ability to bridge P&L tax expense to actual cash tax outflows, including timing mechanics for CIT instalments, withholding taxes, VAT settlements, and deferred tax assets/liabilities.
•Strong understanding of IFRS 16 and capitalisation rules for Capex forecasting.
•Experience gained through corporate roles or a blend of Big 4 advisory and corporate finance.
