Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach managers on performance, feedback, development, conflict, team dynamics, and difficult people decisions.
  • •Investigate emerging performance issues by clarifying expectations, diagnosing root causes, and determining next steps.
  • •Lead performance and employee relations work across North America, escalating to Legal or other People partners when appropriate.
  • •Partner with managers to improve team health, engagement, talent, performance, and change using inputs from both people and data.
  • •Identify recurring themes and risks across teams and help build the new Regional HRBP model, challenging what doesn’t scale.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a People/HR Business Partner (or a role coaching managers through meaningful people and team challenges).
