Job Summary

Join Airbus Flight Physics Capability Operations to develop On-Board Aircraft Performance tools that generate, control and deliver aircraft performance databases embedded in avionics across Airbus families. Work with simulation tools to emulate embedded functions, translate end-user needs into software specs, implement changes, verify with robust testing, and support users while collaborating with Airbus Commercial Aircraft and Defence programs such as A400M.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture, understand, and translate Airbus end-user needs into objectives, software specifications, and user stories.
•Implement required software modifications with the support of an external subcontracting software development team.
•Perform software verification testing and define robust acceptance criteria.
•Support end-users in Airbus Commercial Aircraft and Airbus Defence & Space by investigating and resolving problems in a timely manner.
•Manage administrative and project tasks associated with the software tools portfolio, including subcontracting activities.
