Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and facilitate UAT execution by coordinating with business users and providing support.
  • •Document UAT results and feedback, obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders, and ensure critical scenarios and edge cases are covered.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues with development and QA teams; maintain detailed documentation of tests, defects, and resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience creating UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows and requirements.
  • •Experience testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications and validating end-to-end workflows.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ADO, or similar.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation; exposure to Agile and sprint-based testing cycles.
