Associate Manager M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions)

Lead M&A and development initiatives that support Pizza Hut’s global growth strategy. Build and manage an M&A opportunity pipeline, run due diligence with independent analysis, and develop financial models, valuations, and investment recommendations. Create executive materials for senior decision-makers and partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, and Development leaders across global markets to structure transactions, negotiate agreements, and drive long-term value creation.
