Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and executing basic cooking tasks like grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistency and presentation standards, while keeping work areas clean and organized. Help with stock rotation and inventory support, monitor cooking processes for timing and temperature, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
