Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an Agile coach, mentoring and training engineering team members on best practices.
  • •Guide teams in sprint planning activities (writing, splitting, and sizing sprints) and lead retrospectives.
  • •Identify impediments and dependencies, proactively resolving blockers to support delivery.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, manage vendor relationships, and plan phases and resources.
  • •Oversee sprint execution, manage scope changes, and provide progress updates via daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • •8-10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution.
  • •4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading multiple teams of 10+ members.
  • •Strong background in technology and the software development lifecycle.
