Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive global TIQ engineering strategy, BKMs, and business processes.
  • •Optimize TIQ performance (safety, schedule, cost, quality) and enable cross-site learning using performance metrics and benchmarking.
  • •Lead Front End Materials Cash Cost value engineering to achieve front-end manufacturing cost targets.
  • •Manage cross-functional materials programs across chemicals, film & gas, photo, CMP materials, bulk gas, and UPW with suppliers and procurement to execute cost-reduction opportunities.
  • •Lead global portfolios of TIQ and cost programs, including scope/milestones/resources/risk management, issue resolution, and executive progress updates; mentor teams and build a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Eligibility minimum E5 or M1+.
  • •5+ years semiconductor technical leadership or management experience in a 300mm FAB.
  • •Strong knowledge of TIQ, front-end manufacturing, and front-end materials cost drivers.
  • •Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams and complex programs, with strong analytical and communication skills.
