•Diagnose edge cases, measure impact against a week-0 baseline, and feed patterns to the product roadmap.

•Bring structure to messy problems and move fast through diagnose, prototype, harden, and ship.
•Be comfortable working with CFO-level stakeholders and engineers without formal authority; use AI tools daily; fluent English.
