  • •Build and ship working software using tools like data pipelines and LLM agents (not just proposals).
  • •Be fluent enough in finance to work with controllers on multi-entity consolidation and reporting, and recognize when requests won’t work.
  • •Bring structure to messy problems and move fast through diagnose, prototype, harden, and ship.
  • •Be comfortable working with CFO-level stakeholders and engineers without formal authority; use AI tools daily; fluent English.
