Serve as the key link between Finance and IT for hybrid optimisation, maintenance, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules. Provide Tier 1–3 functional and technical troubleshooting for areas like General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Gather and document requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, support configuration/testing and UAT, and help integrate Oracle EBS with third-party and internal systems while maintaining documentation and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Tier 1–3 functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as data discrepancies, interface failures, and user access problems.
•Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for new features or system changes, then translate needs into technical specifications.
•Assist with configuration and testing of Oracle EBS modules or patches, including participation in UAT and defect remediation.
•Develop and maintain documentation (configuration guides, SOPs, technical design docs) and deliver training to end-users; support integrations with third-party tools, banking interfaces, and internal systems.

Key Requirements

•3+ years’ experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role supporting Oracle E-Business Suite.
•Strong understanding of core financial processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
•Hands-on experience configuring Oracle EBS Finance modules.
•Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
•Understanding of ETL processes and data integration between Oracle and external systems.
