Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of assigned Technical Direction Letters and coordinate work across participating engineering and delivery teams.
  • •Facilitate planning, dependency management, issue resolution, performance tracking, and incremental delivery of modernization capabilities.
  • •Leads efforts to establish new processes and methodology and/or documentation standard operating procedures, providing guidance to lower level staff.
  • •Analyze, refine, and document program requirements including mission scope and objectives, availability of resources, and identifiable intelligence and operational and/or stakeholder leadership needs.
  • •Collect, analyze, and provide assessments and recommendations of developing framework and strategy to optimize workflow processes and production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a Secret clearance to start.
  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent relevant work experience (each year of work experience may substitute for each year of education).
  • •Has or will obtain SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
  • •Leads efforts to establish new processes and methodology and/or documentation standard operating procedures.
  • •Analyzes, refines, and documents program requirements including mission scope and objectives, availability of resources, and stakeholder leadership needs.
