Job Summary

Lead an Equity-focused investment operations team supporting Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and investment stakeholders across the product and account lifecycle. Oversee complex, time-sensitive deliverables including attribution, performance reporting, data stewardship, platform enablement, and investment-driven change. Own team performance, talent development, and service expectations while acting as a strategic liaison across Investments, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Client teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Equity Investment Liaisons, including workforce planning, hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
•Serve as an escalation point for complex investment-related operational issues requiring deep Equity strategy knowledge and cross-functional coordination.
•Oversee workflow planning, prioritization, and capacity management for accurate and timely execution of Equity IL deliverables.
•Ensure adherence to quality standards, controls, and governance frameworks, and lead change initiatives such as platform implementations, data remediation, and attribution enhancements.
•Provide oversight for Equity attribution, performance, and analytics support, championing strong data management and partnering with technology and data teams for platform adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 188,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
