Job Summary

Drive end-to-end strategy and business planning for TikTok Shop business modules across EMEA, including operating mechanisms, governance, and performance management. Lead strategic initiatives on growth, policy/incentives, budget planning, and resource coordination. Partner with cross-functional teams (Category, Partnerships, Product, Governance & Experience, Operations, and Data Science) to solve complex business challenges using data-driven diagnostics and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end strategy and business planning for designated TikTok Shop business modules, including strategy development, operating mechanism design, execution governance, and performance management.
•Lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth, including policy and incentive design, budget planning and governance, resource coordination, and cross-functional execution.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Category, Partnerships, Operations, Product, Governance & Experience, and Data Science) to solve complex business challenges and convert strategic priorities into scalable execution plans.
•Use data-driven insights to perform business diagnostics, identify growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and continuously optimize business performance.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable experience in Operational Strategy, Management Consulting, Growth Strategy, Business Planning, Commercial Strategy, or Commercial Analysis.
•Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and translate them into business strategies.
•Proven experience leading strategic projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and influencing decisions across stakeholders.
•Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in complex cross-functional environments.
