Operations Manager

Supervise and coordinate daily operations for the movement of petroleum coke and coal at a bulk terminal, including maintenance of coke-handling equipment and facilities. Enforce safety policies, operational procedures, and environmental regulations. Lead and develop a team of about 40 employees, oversee hiring and onboarding, manage job progression administration, and support troubleshooting, equipment performance improvements, budgeting, and regulatory recordkeeping.
