Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain relationships with broker partners and customers across industries to support business objectives.
  • •Apply property and casualty underwriting expertise to assess risk, evaluate exposure, and price new and renewal business.
  • •Collaborate across claims, finance, risk engineering, actuary, and technical underwriting to deepen industry knowledge.
  • •Serve as a customer advocate by understanding unique risks and recommending best end-to-end P&C solutions.
  • •Use technical underwriting and negotiation skills to grow relationships with preferred distribution partners in an assigned territory.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years underwriting/market-facing experience, or 10+ years claims/underwriting support experience.

  • •Experience working within time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business.
