Work on high-performance, ultralow-power x86 microprocessor core verification within AMD’s Core design and verification team. Key Responsibilities

•Verify high performance x86-core ISA features.
•Architect and develop testbenches and test-bench components for Cache, x86 ISA features, and clock/reset/power processor features.
•Develop detailed test plans and drive execution, including functional coverage.
•Understand the existing test bench setup and identify opportunities to improve it.
•Follow coding guidelines, implement code review practices, and collaborate with global design verification teams to execute verification plans.

Key Requirements

•8 to 12 years of ASIC design verification experience.
•Hands-on verification experience developing C/C++/SystemVerilog testbenches and test-bench components.
•Experience with coverage planning, coding, and coverage closure.
•Strong understanding of the design and verification life cycle, including low power verification flows.
•Experience with x86, ARM (or other microprocessor ISA), including Cache/Coherency/Data-Consistency verification and power/clock/reset verification.
