Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, including IT associates and security specialists; define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap.
•Oversee global network infrastructure across all office locations, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity; manage multi-cloud infrastructure and security.
•Lead endpoint lifecycle management for Mac laptops and other devices; administer and optimize the corporate collaboration environment.
•Manage SaaS application portfolio, including licensing, onboarding, and security; lead identity and access management (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
•Strengthen security posture by implementing controls, monitoring vulnerabilities, and maintaining security policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or security, with at least 3 years in a people management or team lead role.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA, or Google Cloud Professional.
•Hands-on technical knowledge across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and security practices; experience with DevSecOps and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
•Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and IT procurement; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
