Senior Business Systems Analyst - Sales Incentives

Support Red Hat’s Global Sales Incentives team by improving and automating business processes and tooling. Partner with Global and Regional Sales Incentives teams, IT, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance to gather and prioritize business requirements. Map complex processes and data flows, lead requirements through testing, delivery, deployment, and enablement, and ensure training materials and process documents stay aligned with ongoing changes.
