Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform procurement activities, including entering and editing purchase orders and blanket order releases.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, manage product shortages, and expedite orders.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments; serve as a point of contact for queries.
  • •Lead contract negotiations, including terms and volume discounts.
  • •Draft procurement reports and analyze inventory/project utilization; reconcile payable discrepancies, manage freight billing/audits, and research unclear product specifications.
