Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Stepful for Business (S4B), turning manual enterprise workflows into scalable software. Partner with AEs, client success managers, operators, and healthcare stakeholders to capture pain points, prioritize what gets productized, and drive execution from discovery through launch and iteration. Collaborate with designers and engineers to ship quickly, and measure success via adoption, engagement, and retention as you scale from 0→1 to 1→100.
