Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Microsoft Windows environments, including repairs/replacements for system peripherals such as printers and scanners.
  • •Create, update, and track service call requests in ticketing systems such as Remedy, ServiceNow, and ServiceManager.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues with on-site communications equipment and end-user network, hardware, and software problems.
  • •Provide user support for mobile devices using MDM solutions and maintain remote user assistance capabilities.
