Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end hardware design process for high power, high density Ethernet switches used in AI networks, including defining functional specs and selecting components
•Collaborate with CAD/ECAD teams for PCB layout, footprints, and high-speed trace routing while ensuring manufacturability
•Conduct and review signal integrity simulations for power and datapath signals, and guide DFx processes with contract manufacturers
•Oversee lab bring-up, debugging of prototypes, and drive system debugging across software, hardware, and test teams
•Mentor and guide engineers, training CM for high-yield testing and production readiness

Key Requirements

•BSEE or MSEE (degree in electrical engineering)
•10+ years of relevant hardware engineering experience
•Experience designing networking hardware, especially 100G/200G PAM4 Ethernet switching
•Embedded x86/ARM system design is highly desirable
•Experience with high-layer-count boards (20+ layers), 50G+ signals, and advanced PCB manufacturing technologies (HDI, sequential lamination)
