Key Responsibilities

  • •Evangelize a data-driven culture and help shape key data science areas (segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, product analytics, churn prediction, insights).
  • •Identify, design, prototype, and build scalable end-to-end ML pipelines to enhance eCommerce personalization at scale.
  • •Develop and implement robust experimentation frameworks to increase velocity while maintaining scientific rigor.
  • •Create insights into compelling stories and logical recommendations based on data and ML models.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to lead large-scale strategic projects and mentor junior Data Scientists/MLEs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine-tuning).
  • •7+ years designing and architecting software products, including testing and launch.
  • •10+ years hands-on data mining and information retrieval experience.
  • •Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
