Lead Engineering Operations Manager

Lead engineering operations across a 5+ module, highly automated Ocado Customer Fulfilment Centre, ensuring maximum availability and reliability of automated material handling equipment and automation systems. Own site engineering KPIs (availability, throughput, SLA performance, downtime reduction), lead predictive and preventative maintenance, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Manage and develop engineering teams in a 24/7 environment, while ensuring safety and engineering standards and serving as the engineering interface with site operations.
