Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement technical standards to improve the quality, stability, and sustainability of agents and agent interactions.
  • •Generate and analyze agent traces to identify opportunities to improve agent quality.
  • •Create ground truths and evals to measure and validate agent performance.
  • •Apply machine learning approaches and reinforcement learning to improve agent efficiency and evolution.
  • •Work on high-availability, high-criticality systems, analyzing technical and operational impact of platform changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing and implementing RAG/GraphRAG systems.
  • •Strong Python knowledge and expertise with LLMs and generative AI architectures.
  • •Knowledge of internal Meli tools/platforms: Verdi Flows, MeliGPT, Fury, MCP, Skills, and Claude/Codex.
  • •Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Jira, Scrum, and Kanban, plus Git version control.
  • •Analytical ability to analyze agent traces and create ground truths/evals for continuous quality evaluation.
