Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate EMEA corporate income tax compliance processes with local teams, Finance, and external advisers.
  • •Manage tax accounting deliverables, including review of tax positions, reporting inputs, and group reporting timelines.
  • •Support and coordinate Pillar 2 processes for the group, including data gathering, analysis, and stakeholder interaction.
  • •Manage CIT audits and inquiries, including information requests, technical support, documentation, and alignment with local teams.
  • •Provide practical CIT guidance for business changes, restructurings, financing, and other cross-border matters affecting EMEA entities.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of corporate income tax and/or tax accounting experience in consultancy/advisory and/or an industry tax function.
  • •Strong EMEA CIT knowledge, with Swiss corporate income tax knowledge preferred.
  • •Experience with tax accounting and tax reporting, including deferred tax concepts, working with Finance or Controlling teams.
  • •Practical understanding of Pillar 2 requirements and the ability to coordinate complex data and stakeholder workstreams.
  • •Experience supporting or managing tax audits and working with external advisers and tax authorities.
