Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver medium to high complex verification testing projects by managing test schedules, execution, and results from internal and external test labs.
  • •Own and support test activities independently, ensuring quality output of test results and failure reports.
  • •Lead continuous improvement to optimize lab operation in time, cost, and quality, and improve capability, capacity, repeatability, and reproducibility.
  • •Interrogate design specifications and acceptance criteria to select, modify, or develop appropriate test methods; own approved test methods.
  • •Analyze test data using statistical methods, investigate deviations, and communicate results and follow-on actions; identify risks and hazards and support risk sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering (or related) or equivalent broad technical engineering experience.
  • •7+ years’ experience with product verification for consumer electronic products.
  • •Experience with product R&D and test engineering, including planning and conducting testing, test method development, and exposure to test rigs and automation.
  • •Deep understanding of international test method standards (IEC, EN, ASTM, etc.) and robust performance testing methods.
  • •Knowledge of FMEA, statistical analysis, and Six Sigma, applying them to solve problems.
