Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal, regulatory, and compliance advice to business lines and corporate areas.
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements with clients, providers, and third parties.
  • •Manage corporate governance matters and regulatory obligations in assigned jurisdictions.
  • •Lead internal investigations and support legal and compliance risk management.
  • •Implement and monitor global compliance policies, coordinate external counsel, and support strategic corporate projects, acquisitions, integrations, and reorganizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Compliance, Financial Regulation, or a related field.
  • •8 to 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in multinational companies.
  • •Experience in compliance, regulatory management, and corporate legal advisory.
  • •Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and risk management.
  • •Advanced English and ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
