Job Summary

Lead legal and compliance support for business operations across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and contribute to LATAM regional initiatives. Advise leaders and corporate teams to align commercial decisions with applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance standards. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, manage corporate governance and regulatory obligations, support internal investigations, and implement global compliance policies including conflicts of interest, anticorruption, and financial crime.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal, regulatory, and compliance advice to business lines and corporate areas.
•Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements with clients, providers, and third parties.
•Manage corporate governance matters and regulatory obligations in assigned jurisdictions.
•Lead internal investigations and support legal and compliance risk management.
•Implement and monitor global compliance policies, coordinate external counsel, and support strategic corporate projects, acquisitions, integrations, and reorganizations.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Compliance, Financial Regulation, or a related field.
•8 to 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in multinational companies.
•Experience in compliance, regulatory management, and corporate legal advisory.
•Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and risk management.
•Advanced English and ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
