Key Responsibilities

•Identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform with customers and partners.
•Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content.
•Identify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services.
•Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies.
•Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations.
•Collaborate with customer IT organizations to align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology enterprise.

Salary: 84,000 - 142,480 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities.
•Experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (Desktop, Server, and Online).
•Proven experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs.
•Pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers, specifically in the Intelligence domain.
•Proven experience with GIS workflow automation patterns.
