Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client semiconductor process support, including new equipment process validation, process tuning, acceptance support, and mass production ramp-related work.
  • •Analyze complex on-site customer process issues, assess failure mechanisms, perform root-cause identification, and develop improvement plans to close the loop on issues.
  • •Develop and optimize semiconductor equipment process parameters for new products, applications, or customer process needs to support process performance, yield, and integration targets.
  • •Design and execute technical experiments based on internal/company or customer needs; collect, process, and analyze experimental data and produce technical reports and customer communication materials.
  • •Support equipment process setup/configuration and process menu operation standards; provide technical guidance on process parameter maintenance and ensure correct equipment usage and stable process performance.

Key Requirements

  • •M.S. or Ph.D. (2027 graduates) in microelectronics, physics, chemistry, materials science/engineering, electronic science and technology, integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, or optical engineering.
  • •Strong foundation in semiconductor processes, device physics, materials, or data analysis, with interest in semiconductor equipment and manufacturing flows.
  • •Good English listening/speaking/reading/writing; able to read technical materials and do basic English work communication.
  • •Strong learning ability, logical analysis, experimental design, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Able to adapt to customer on-site environments and maintain safety, quality, and confidentiality awareness.
