Officer (Funds and Discretionary Services)

Support discretionary mandate services end to end, including parameter setup/updates, fund transfer activities (top-up, redemption, income distribution), fee booking, placement fee handling, and monthly reporting. Provide operational support for discretionary account services, ensure accurate day-to-day processing, reconcile discrepancies, and help resolve customer complaints by investigating root causes and driving service recovery. Improve service quality and operational efficiency through initiatives.
