Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and on time while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver truck/trailer into loading and unloading areas; assist with loading/unloading and related equipment handling.
  • •Maintain and deliver required shipping paperwork (invoices, shipping bills of lading) when routes are complete.
  • •Facilitate routine truck service such as checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; report maintenance issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold a Class A CDL or the required chauffeur’s license for the vehicle weight operated.
  • •Pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state DOT regulations.
  • •Pass a DOT physical (trucks driven are over 10k lbs).
  • •Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
  • •Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds and travel frequently.
