Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the people strategy and people priorities for HP’s Enterprise Operations org, supporting a global team of nearly 11,000 employees.
  • •Drive key people initiatives across Organization & Culture, Talent & Leadership, and Inclusion.
  • •Own HR fundamentals including organization design and selection, workforce planning and location strategy, talent and learning, inclusion, employee relations, and executive recruiting and onboarding.
  • •Coach and develop HR business partners who support multiple Enterprise Operations business leaders with large global teams.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer and staff, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, including HR business partnering or an executive HR role, plus proven experience managing people.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change initiatives, global workforce plans, and building organization capabilities.
  • •Proven ability to partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions and programs, with strong execution managing costs, quality, and timeliness.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and project/process management skills, with excellent planning and prioritization under pressure.
  • •Solid communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and effectively working with all levels of employees and management.
