Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate settlement of Treasury products for multiple HSBC entities across validation, confirmation, settlement, and investigation.
  • •Support end-to-end operations including confirmation and post-settlement within FXMM product lines and initiatives.
  • •Acquire and update knowledge of procedures related to relevant processes under HBEU Operational Services.
  • •Provide excellent HSBC experience by taking ownership of customer enquiries until resolution and monitoring trade exceptions to prevent late/non-settlement.
  • •Assist onshore counterparts and front office with trade issues or queries while adhering to internal and external compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance/management/business administration or a related discipline with working experience in foreign exchange/Treasury, Trade and settlements.
  • •Experience settling and investigating Treasury/FX trades with knowledge of relevant processes and cut-offs.
  • •Team player with strong all-round product knowledge and MS Office skills, with willingness to further develop.
  • •Strong initiative and ability to multi-task and work accurately in a demanding environment while meeting strict deadlines.
  • •Knowledge of Treats BOS, TCM, FXMM, and Fixed Income preferred; additional European language is an advantage.
