Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee company-owned rental properties, agricultural leases, and land management for mining operations, coordinating maintenance and compliance.
  • •Manage equipment utilization and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • •Handle rental home requests, repairs, emergencies, and related repair bids for housing and grounds equipment.
  • •Request bids for farm lease contracts and grounds care, and receive bids for land and tree clearing for mine sites.
  • •Maintain environmental compliance records/reporting, work with government agencies (USDA) and environmental consultants on wetland/zoning permits, and manage vegetation management/herbicide applications.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with 1 to 4 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Currently hold or be able to obtain ODA license.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety and operating/maintenance documents, write reports and correspondence, and communicate with customers or employees.
  • •Willing to travel and work away from home as required, including nights and weekends, and to strictly follow safety procedures and company policies.
