Job Summary

Support the regional execution of global campaign toolkits across European markets by helping prepare market-ready assets, activation plans, and event coordination. Work with Social, Influencer, Category, and Media teams to integrate activations across the consumer journey, assist with product seeding logistics, and coordinate social media publishing and community monitoring. Help with PR coverage tracking, press list maintenance, and reporting on event and seeding performance using KPI/ROI tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the translation of global campaign toolkits into regional execution, preparing market-ready assets and activation plans across European markets.
•Support planning and execution of regional marketing events across categories to ensure smooth, impactful delivery.
•Coordinate social media activities including content calendar support, post scheduling, and community monitoring across European platforms.
•Support PR and communications tasks such as coverage tracking, press list maintenance, and adaptation of press materials for regional use.
•Support regional product seeding programmes by managing seeding lists, product allocation, talent coordination, and logistics tracking, and report on performance/KPIs and ROI.

Key Requirements

•Enrolled for the whole duration of an internship in a relevant degree program such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
•First practical experience in marketing, social media, or brand communications (via internships, university projects, or extracurriculars).
•Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
