Manage production and industrialization activities for general mechanical processing and chemical treatment at the Thonon les Bains site. Lead a team of around 40 employees and support a major growth plan, ensuring safety culture (“0 accident”), deployment of Thales production processes, production plan delivery, quality standards, cost control, productivity improvements, and continuous improvement through transformation and workforce capability development.
