Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure team safety and advance the safety culture to achieve “0 accident.”
  • •Deploy and drive adherence to Thales Group production processes.
  • •Guarantee the production plan and daily client deliverables by anticipating industrial risks.
  • •Ensure rigorous application of production and quality standards and implement a continuous improvement plan.
  • •Manage capacity/charge alignment and human resources through daily people management and tailored communication; develop team skills and foster collective engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of experience in production/methods functions within complex, demanding industrial environments (aerospace, automotive, medical).
  • •Strong knowledge and experience with aerospace quality and regulatory requirements (EN9100, APQP).
  • •Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (QRQC, 8D/9S).
  • •Proven experience in industrialization of mechanically produced parts with high technological added value.
  • •Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
