Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead federal projects and programs for long-term multi-year contract portfolios in the Pacific Northwest.
  • •Develop and lead a dedicated project management team; provide direction and oversight to AECOM staff and subcontractors.
  • •Oversee multiple project task orders at an executive level, including project studies, work plans, schedule, budget, and risk register.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, regulations, and quality assurance programs.
  • •Support business development by building pipeline, teaming partnerships, client engagement plans, and developing technical approaches and cost estimates for proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience managing projects or programs (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • •Proven track record managing and leading federal projects and programs, ideally for USACE, NAVFAC, the U.S. Air Force, or other Federal agencies.
  • •Experience building and leading successful program management teams, including oversight of project managers and/or project controls.
  • •Ability to achieve contractual performance and financial milestones across multiyear/multitask order contracts, including project invoicing, cash flow, and budget tracking.
