Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and apply knowledge of electrical systems including PCBA, wiring harnesses, connectors, and AC/DC power distribution.
  • •Review and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system interconnections.
  • •Own supplier quality for electrical components (PCBA, cable harnesses, power supplies) and evaluate supplier capability in electrical assembly, testing, and process control.
  • •Drive supplier audits and monitor supplier performance using QPPM, DMR, and NC trends; lead improvement actions.
  • •Investigate electrical failures and verify supplier manufacturing processes and quality controls (inspection methods, ESD handling, functional testing), supporting engineering changes by validating interface and integration impact.
