Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate AI models on clinical tasks using automated benchmarks and human-based assessments for safety and efficacy.
  • •Build end-to-end health-focused AI models, including pre-training and post-training workflows for clinical environments.
  • •Create agentic systems for patients and physicians (e.g., drafting prescriptions based on complaints and medical history).
  • •Develop prototypes and run simulations to test hypotheses, refine methodologies, and assess research impact.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent practical experience.

  • •Experience with agentic generative AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and evaluation methodologies.
  • •2+ years owning and initiating research agendas.
  • •Experience in healthcare research or working with clinical data, including FHIR and/or OMOP.
