Key Responsibilities

•Produce benefits curriculum and employee-facing content that helps people make wise health benefit decisions.
•Read and understand business documents and write user-friendly materials in response.
•Prepare benefit guides, voiceover scripts, articles, presentations, text, and infographics with short turnaround times.
•Work with office documents (Word/PowerPoint), Aon content/web tools, and Adobe applications to develop content.
•Collaborate with a tight group of communicators, designers, and consultants to prioritize deliverables based on deadline and client needs.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of consumer-facing writing experience, ideally in healthcare, policy, or science; other areas welcome.

•Basic competency with online and social media, with experience in information analysis and visualization.
•Strong English command with expert proofreading/editorial skills and attention to detail and layout.
