Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the definition and execution of product strategy for complex enterprise security, IAM, and data platform initiatives.
  • •Own the end-to-end roadmap for the domain and align it with long-term platform goals while influencing adjacent team roadmaps.
  • •Deconstruct deeply ambiguous, technically challenging problems and collaborate with senior engineers and architects to design novel architectural solutions.
  • •Serve as the primary technical product advisor to engineering and product leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for platform decisions.
  • •Mentor junior-to-lead PMs and champion best-in-class platform development, quality, reliability, and security standards, including backlog management and sprint planning.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years of progressive product management experience with strong focus on platform infrastructure, core architecture, or technical enterprise SaaS products.
  • •Demonstrated track record operating as a lead or principal builder delivering high-impact, technically complex products across enterprise trust, security, IAM, or data platforms.
  • •Advanced domain expertise in enterprise security, IAM architectures, and complex data platform structures, with understanding of SaaS business models.
  • •High proficiency in long-term goal setting, RICE/MoSCoW prioritization, and building business cases for new platform initiatives.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
