Key Responsibilities

•Lead and perform structural design and analysis for multiple data center buildings, including hyperscale and colocation type facilities.
•Develop design documentation for tilt-up concrete panels, precast structures, steel framing systems, and deep and shallow foundations.
•Coordinate design deliverables with architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client standards.
•Oversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and calculations, ensuring quality, code compliance, and technical excellence.
•Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in building structures design and analysis or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education in Structural or Civil Engineering.
•Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
•Experience specifically in data center, mission critical, or large scale logistics/industrial facilities.
•Experience with BIM ACC (Revit), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, Safe, etc.
•Experience with precast concrete systems, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems.
