Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direction and leadership to the Quality team while delivering key QA/QC activities that support a high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • •Prepare and maintain a contract quality plan throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and execute a contract audit schedule, including determining and reviewing risk ratings.
  • •Prepare the ITP Master Listing and assign quality resources to the contract as required.
  • •Implement and maintain relevant Wood Quality systems (IMPact/iMap), including follow-up and closure of outstanding actions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a Quality role.
  • •Ability to work independently with initiative and strong interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to interface effectively with clients, Wood team members, and vendors/suppliers to implement Quality requirements.
  • •Demonstrated technical expertise, integrity, and ability to influence and challenge others.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (written and oral).
