Job Summary

Join a Dubai team as a DevRel / Support Engineer and be the primary technical voice for developers building on Mintlayer. You’ll support community questions across Discord, Telegram, GitHub (and StackOverflow), translate feedback into feature requests, and run workshops at conferences and hackathons. You’ll also resolve escalated enterprise support tickets with code-level solutions and create video tutorials, blog posts, and live-coding content.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage technical queries in developer community channels like Discord, StackOverflow, and GitHub.
•Gather community feedback and translate it into feature requests for the MWS and Protocol teams.
•Represent Mintlayer at global conferences and hackathons by running workshops and helping developers build first MWS-powered apps.
•Handle escalated enterprise support tickets and provide code-level solutions.
•Create educational content such as video tutorials, blog posts, and live-coding sessions to showcase the ecosystem.

•Patience and empathy when handling frustrated users and complex support tickets.
•Deep interest in the Bitcoin ecosystem and decentralized infrastructure; must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
