Set up, tear down, and operate the peeler and support equipment in the packaging/processing area. Key Responsibilities

•Set up, tear down, and operate the peeler and support equipment.
•Move racked product, remove racks to rack wash, and transfer product from the holding cooler to the peeler room.
•Empty smokehouse chills when product is ready and perform necessary weight and process checks.
•Take salimeter readings, adjust as necessary, and check and clean the KSI screens.
•Comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements while completing paperwork and SAP functions and performing job rotations as assigned.

•Be tow motor certified to transport tanks and racks.

•Ability and willingness to perform physical requirements in wet conditions and cold temperatures (35 degrees) for up to 10 hours.
