Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define and recommend project delivery resources via pre-qualified lists or qualification processes, and run request for proposals, bid evaluations, and recommendations.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status/variances while developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
