Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture business requirements and define functional and process designs, including scenario design and flow mapping.
  • •Analyze current-state processes to identify automation and streamlining opportunities and define to-be processes.
  • •Create and maintain process inventories, process maps, and end-to-end documentation to enable standardization and scalability.
  • •Plan and deliver change initiatives from initiation through implementation and hypercare, ensuring clear milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder signoffs.
  • •Monitor and measure effectiveness using KPIs and benefits measures, and lead/support testing activities including UAT coordination and defect triage.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivery, ideally within HR for banking or financial services.
  • •Partner effectively with HR stakeholders, Product Owners, and Technology to deliver system and automation deployments.
  • •Strong experience managing positive and challenging interactions with senior stakeholders while balancing local needs with global outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated experience leveraging existing technology to improve efficiency and enhance user experience.
  • •Business analysis, operational delivery, change management, and strong stakeholder communication with an agile mindset.
