Job Summary

First Devs.ai account executive responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle to sell the AI agent workspace platform. You will identify potential clients, cultivate relationships, and collaborate with product/engineering teams to tailor AI solutions, while pursuing cross-sell opportunities and driving territorial growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Become an expert on our messaging, products, and unique go-to-market approach after completing AppDirect’s comprehensive onboarding and sales training.
•Identify and qualify new business opportunities; manage the entire sales process while delivering exceptional customer service.
•Sell the Devs.ai platform and, in parallel, identify cross-sell opportunities across AppDirect products and services in collaboration with sales specialists.
•Implement a sector/territory plan to sustain growth and help you exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
•Coordinate internal resources necessary to close new opportunities and represent AppDirect to clients, including travel when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,600 - 79,800 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a sales representative and/or account executive in a software solutions company with a track record of overachieving targets.
•Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
•Excellent ability to present compelling value propositions and ROI to a range of stakeholders, including technical experts and senior leaders.
•Strong knowledge of the AI sector in a B2B context; comfortable presenting AI products and concrete applications.
•Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders from first contact to contract signing.
